MANUAL FUNCTION

First I want to share what I read in this week with the competences related to manual functions.

WHAT IS THE CONCEPT OF POST TYPE?

Collect Jobs that are sufficiently similar together enough to justify inclusion in the same description.


BUT...


Is the description set of post type that existing in the organization, which specifies its objectives, functions,
tasks, requirements, responsibilities and working conditions.


DIFERENCES BETWEEN MANUAL AND CATALOG FUNCTION JOBS 

The first  contains the information relating to the contents of each of the positions and the second refers to the number of jobs included in each post and type in each unit business.


So what is a job?

A job is a position that is occupied by a worker, that is, a company will have as many jobs employees form at a time determined.

¿WHAT MEANS BASIC COMPETENCES?

Is the capacity to put into practise the differents knowledges, skills, attitudes to develop in the daily life. Is important because are key skills and great value in the lives of people.



Theses competences have many characteristics:


Skills to recognize, understand, create and participate in different places.

Control of emotions and feelings.



It helps us to improve the relationship with others and with the environment




Plans, develops and evaluates learning with autonomy. 


Easy to solve problems.

Understanding and appropriate expression.

WHAT MEANS SINERTEAMS WORD?

It is a technology that is to involve employees in the diagnosis of the company and finding solutions for the enterprise. It's the same staff from the manager to the operators generate solutions and integrated teams. Employees find they are able to participate in reaching the achievement of the organization. Participative management has two basic ingredients: teamwork and motivation to learn from others.

¿WHAT MEAN BENCHMARKING?

This method of analysis is to diagnose different conditions underlying competitive or two or more companies. Their strategy involves knowing what other companies do, better than ours, assess and measure these differences to identify the main operations that need to be improved are. It involves not only a comparative analysis but the opportunity to generate greater commitment from the administration and direct participation of workers to achieve good performance.
